phone user too! Am I frustrated with cell phone service at times? Of
course I am.

service would satisfy your current needs?

Well...how about if you just stay in
service?
It would
be super if service was there everytime I needed it. I don't think
that would be asking too much of carriers?
Especially since I pay for the service
every month. Nooo...not asking for much at
all.

asked that question. I most certainly do!
You need
to train your salespeople better.
Don't get
me wrong, they are wonderful salespeople.
It's just
that the cell phone service plans are so complex, that your
salespeople have a hard time explaining them.
Not only
that, there are so many service plans. How do you expect them to
keep up without proper training?
Studies
indicate that cell phone users who purchase service plans online are
more satisfied than those who don't.
The
service plans are laid out in an easy to understand format. There is
no pressure from salespeople to get a particular
plan.
Besides,
nothing beats staying in your pajamas and doing your business
online. As a matter of fact, that is exactly how I am dressed
now!
I feel
hungry too! Excuse me for one hot minute while I get some toast and
my cup of Ovaltine...
Ahhh...that Ovaltine was great! I'm not
a coffee drinker. My mother wouldn't allow us to drink
coffee.
